The Maintenance Tech at Cooper Street Capital is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties.This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner.Full Time Benefits: Competitive compensation of $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company Healthcare benefits package Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan / Matching Dental Vision Performance Bonus Programs Housing Discount On-going training Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds Requirements: Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge in appliance repair and install, HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry, drywall, make readies, general maintenance Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 5 - 100 pounds Ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time Ability to work in tight and small spaces including crawling Ability to work on ladders Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CSC Management : Who We Are CSC Management is a privately owned, multi-family property management firm headquartered in Aspen, CO.We are a subsidiary of Cooper Street Capital.We own and operate a portfolio of multifamily properties throughout the United States including key markets such as Austin, Houston, El Paso, Albuquerque, Lexington, Portland, and recently Oklahoma City - with close to 5,000 units under management.Our mission is to bring our multifamily properties to their full potential; we achieve this through thoughtful capital improvements, effective management, and attention to detail.We strive to provide a safe, vibrant, and welcoming community for every tenant that we serve.
