Summary: We are seeking a licensed LPN to support participant recruitment efforts for our clinical research studies in Hot Springs. The Recruitment Phone Nurse will contact individuals who have expressed interest through our website and conduct medical pre-screenings to assess eligibility. This role requires clinical judgment, attention to detail, and clear communication. Responsibilities: ● Call potential participants and conduct pre-screening interviews based on study criteria ● Review protocols and collaborate with the Lead Nurse to develop pre-screening forms ● Assist with scheduling visits and maintaining prescreen documentation ● Ensure accurate data entry into the recruitment database ● Communicate promptly with internal team members regarding participant status and follow-up needs Qualifications:● Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas ● Prior experience in a clinical or research setting is preferred ● Strong organizational and communication skills ● Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems ● Able to work independently and as part of a team This is a clinical support role with direct impact on study enrollment. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and discretion.
