As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide personal and/or nursing care to patients and assist them in daily activities such as bathing, eating, and toileting. Respond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate needs. Complete and record patient vital signs, weight checks, intake & output, blood glucose, urine tests and specimen collections. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including but not limited to, bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, nail care, hair care, dressing and toileting. Assist with patient positioning, ambulation and transfers. Monitor health and well-being of patients while adhering to all safety protocols.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, co-workers and self. Communicate patient information with care team during and between shifts. Qualifications: Strong clinical skills and ability to react decisively in emergency situations. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.Both experienced and newly certified Nursing Assistants are encouraged to apply.
