MTs have demonstrated expertise in behavior treatment, and they provide day-to-day clinical direction to clients under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. They deliver protocol modification using best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. What You’ll Be Doing Provide clinical direction to technicians for assigned clientsAssist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments and family treatment guidanceProvide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as neededEnsure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliabilityComplete mandatory trainings and attend required meetingsDocument services delivered accurately and timely according to company policiesReport clinical and scheduling concerns promptlyAdhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwrittenComplete other tasks as assigned by supervisorLet us help you grow in your ABA career.
