The Inn at SentryWorld, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part-time Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our Café and room service guests, maintaining cleanliness in assigned kitchen space and partnering with other team members to deliver exceptional service.Our culinary team strives to combine modern techniques with local and seasonal products. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:Prepare a variety of dishes made from our very own recipes and assist with baking pastry items as needed.Set up assigned stations and gather necessary supplies/ingredients to prepare menu items for a successful service.Serve menu items following established standards to meet or exceed guest expectations.Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe and accident free work environment.Prepare and package items for Grab and Go station.What it Takes High School Diploma or equivalent work experience0-2 years of related previous cooking experience preferredAbility to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to obtain the State a Food Handlers CertificationStrong sense of customer service and safety awarenessAbility to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and HolidaysThis position can be filled as a Line/Grill Cook I or a Line/Grill Cook II based on the experience qualifications of the selected candidate.
