Problem-SolvingandDecision Making: Evaluate and select amoung alternative courses of action quickly and accurately, handingling problems effectively in high-pressure situations. CommunicationSkills:Convey information and ideas clearly and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests. FinancialAcumen: Work with and understand financial information and data, including basic arithmetic functions to support maintenance operations. ProjectManagement:Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests, schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor'sdegreeandatleast5yearsofexperienceinarelatedfield,includingpriormanagementexperience. Experienceinahotelorrelatedfieldisrequired,withatradelicensepreferred.
