You will work with our design team based across France, the UK, Germany, and Greece to create compelling narratives across products, push the boundaries of visualisation, and transform complex data into elegant, human-centred experiences.Your mission:Own and deliver products and features endtoend from discovery to prototype and devready specs, with mentorship from senior designersBuild strong working relationships with Product and Engineering to align on JTBD and problem definitionsContribute to and uphold Atlas, our design system, ensuring consistency across pages, products, and appsEnsure information-dense interfaces with charts, tables, and geospatial data remain clear and attractiveWork with Data Visualisation to innovate on new patterns for visual storytellingIterate on designs using insights from customer feedback, usability testing, and analytics; dig into the data to inform your decisionsParticipate in sprint rituals, helping embed design as a structured, visible contributorIt will be a match if you are or have:Circa 35 years of experience delivering digital product design (web, SaaS, or enterprise tools)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present a compelling design narrative, and organise and structure information clearly and conciselyA solid portfolio showing your design processExpertise in Figma (or similar tools) including prototyping, and the drive to master the tools you useCuriosity to keep learning, generosity in sharing your knowledge, and genuine pleasure in collaborationFamiliarity with data-rich domains (financial analysis, dashboards, or editorial content) is a bonusWe are a dynamic company dedicated to nurturing connections and innovating solutions to tackle market challenges head-on.
