Our HR Generalists play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive transition for every employee joining our team.Why Join KVC?Be part of a fast-paced HR team dedicated to supporting over 200+ new hires annually.Gain valuable HR experience while making a lasting impact on employee success.Work in a collaborative environment where professionalism and customer service are key.Hybrid schedule – in-office 2 days per week and on an as-needed basis.What You’ll Do:Guide new hires through the onboarding process, from offer acceptance to orientation.Verify and process confidential compliance documents, including background checks and I-9 forms.Keep hiring managers informed on new hire progress and completion status.Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring all new employees feel supported and connected.Assist with HR compliance audits, reports, and employment verifications.Maintain accurate records in ADP and ensure compliance with licensing agencies.What You Bring:Education: High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Preferred: Experience in human resources or child welfare is a plus.Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.Join Us:KVC is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
