Follow us on Glassdoor and LinkedIn Position Overview: Alkami is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional with a proven track record in the FinTech industry or a bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement or as a seller, with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and strategic skills. This role will involve collaborating across various departments to drive sales success and growth. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies to support Alkami's sales goals. Create and manage training programs for the sales team, including onboarding, product knowledge, and sales skills development. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging, strategies, and goals. Analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. Design and maintain sales playbooks, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant. Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness. Develop and distribute sales collateral, tools, and resources to support the sales process. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Lead initiatives to improve sales productivity and efficiency through process improvements and technology adoption. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement or as a seller. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proficient in sales enablement platforms and CRM tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across different departments. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities and challenges. Experience working at a competitor, FinTech, or bank in a Sales Enablement role or as a seller looking to pivot to enablement. Experience in developing and executing sales training programs. Knowledge of the financial technology landscape and trends. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. Ability to design and implement sales playbooks. Familiarity with content creation and management for sales collateral. Competency in using data analytics tools to measure and optimize sales enablement strategies. Proven ability to drive alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Experience in customer journey mapping and buyer persona development. Desired Skills: Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
