Overview Direct Support Professional III - LPNSeven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills FoundationThe Direct Support Professional III - LPN is a direct service position providing individual medical support and education to individuals in assigned programs who advocate for all medical needs of assigned program participants focusing on optimal health for all individuals.
