Learn more: /en Position Summary This Co-op opportunity offers hands-on experience in automotive product development across multiple departments. The program is structured in phases to provide exposure to both technical and practical aspects of engineering and manufacturing. Term 1: NVH & Prototype Lab Experience Gain foundational knowledge in Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) technologies Participate in real-world data collection and analysis in the NVH Labs Transition to the Product Development Prototype Lab to learn molding and assembly processes for HAVS components Terms 2 & 3: Engineering Department Experience Work under the guidance of an Application Team Leader Support Product Development Engineers on active programs Responsibilities include: Assembling prototypes Creating and submitting test requests Running engineering reports Assisting in troubleshooting part designs and assembly processes Preparing components for production environments Qualifications Currently enrolled in an engineering or technical degree program Strong interest in automotive product development Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What You’ll Gain This immersive experience will challenge your technical skills and prepare you for future roles in engineering and manufacturing.
