Job DescriptionThe Installation Tech installs custom designed residential storage systems and accessories using a variety of luxury materials. A successful candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, measurements and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.What We Offer:California Closets has both company-owned and franchise locations. This location is company-owned, therefore earns the following benefits:Health insurance – Medical, Dental, and VisionPTO days and paid holidays401K retirement plan with company matchTransporation from Company’s location to and from customer job sites will be providedCompany tools and PPE providedGuaranteed 40 hours/week with overtime potentialDay shift hoursGrow your career with us – many promotional opportunities availableWorking with luxury products and 100% custom buildsFranchises are independently owned and operated and may offer different benefits.Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am - 5:30pmPay rate: $24 - $27/hourDuties and Responsibilities:Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.Utilize company-provided CAD drawings\blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.Assists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order (tools are provided).Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.Maintain safety standards at all time.Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicles in a safe manner. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.QualificationsMust maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving recordHigh School diploma or equivalentExperience with common hand and power toolsTrade or vocational school experience desirableCabinetry or carpentry skills desirableStrong verbal and written communication and listening skillsAble to walk, lift 50 pounds, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouchAdditional InformationFind us on , , and #CA183We are an equal opportunity employer.
