Position Details Head coaching experience preferred M.H.S.A.A. rules meeting must be completed AED/CPR certification required Background Check Required Organize meaningful training sessions Ability to implement the expectations and demands of high school athletes Be able to teach the fundamentals of track and field Preparation of the team for competition Communicate with players, parents, media, school staff, etc. Organize and maintain individual/team statistics First-time coach must complete CAP training per M.H.S.A.A. guidelines Demonstrate a working knowledge of track and field and provide a positive role model for our student-athletes. Establish effective communication with athletes. Supervise bus and locker room situations. Assist in enforcing ALL team rules and regulations.
