The main function of this position will be to create 3D CAD designs from drawings or sketches. The designs will be used to manufacture custom pieces. The number one responsibility of this position will be to bring the customer’s dream to life and ensure their satisfaction with their custom piece.Responsibilities & RequirementsMust have minimum of five years of experience in jewelry CAD designMust have two or more years of experience with custom jobs specifically with bridal jewelry, engagement rings, bands, and pendantsMust be able to create curve bands to customer engagement ring from scratch Experience with Rhino, Matrix (Gold) and/or 3Design preferredExcellent communication skillsAbility to work well with a team of diverse personalitiesMust be in person at our DDNY locationQualifications and SkillsMinimum 5 years in CAD Jewelry DesignKnowledge in manufacturing standardsWhat We Offer:We offer an amazing culture, opportunities for advancement, and we have the opportunity of a Bridal powerhouse and the feel of a family-oriented small business.Benefits:Base pay range $29.00-$38.50/hr Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.MedicalDentalVisionBasic Life InsuranceVoluntary Life InsuranceLong-Term DisabilityShort-Term DisabilityFlexible Spending Account (Medical & Dependent Care)Retirement Plan with MatchingVacationSick TimePaid HolidaysAttractive Employee Discount
