Job Description Make your mark at the world’s largest HVAC company The Software Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the world-class quality and user experience of our class-leading product selection software. The main focus of this role is building, leading & growing a team of QA engineers. This person will also devise, oversee & continuously improve the testing processes. The Software QA Manager must keep abreast of evolving testing tools and make recommendations for purchase/upgrade there-of to ensure our tools remain current. In addition, this role will need to collaborate closely with development teams with a view to ensuring future successes. Location: Remote in Plymouth, MN. Will need to meet with team quarterly in office and as needed. What you will do: Manage and lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development support. Develop and implement QA standards, processes, and procedures to ensure quality objectives are met. Plan and prioritize QA activities and resources across projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, operations) to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives. Design test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing which will be utilized by QA engineers. Monitor and report on QA metrics, including test execution progress, defect densities, and open defect counts, and always strive to reduce defect count Interact with Business Analysts, project managers, development team, product managers, and client as needed. Stay updated with industry best practices and QA technologies to continuously improve the QA process. Experience working within a team utilizing AGILE Scrum and projects developing web Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position Preferred Qualifications: Experience of SAFe is beneficial. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps is a plus. Prior involvement in multi-year projects a bonus. LI#AW-1
