The ideal candidate is a skilled litigator with experience in insurance defense who values strong client relationships and individualized representation. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across a wide range of industries while delivering high-quality, personalized legal solutions.Responsibilities Represent clients in insurance defense matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trial. Develop tailored legal strategies that align with each client’s specific needs and risk tolerance. Provide clear, practical advice on risk management and litigation strategy. Maintain strong, responsive communication with clients to ensure exceptional service. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the firm’s culture of excellence and client dedication. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar in South Carolina 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively.
