Responsibilities of the Applications Engineer include, but are not limited to:
Provide customer service, sales, & technical support to sales team & customersPromote & encourage "Profit Management" to ensure a profitable future for the companyUnderstand & implement policy to achieve both customer & company goalsWork closely with sales, fabrication & vendors to facilitate the sales effort & meet customer requirementsEvaluate customer bid requirements, specifications, & other pertinent dataPrepare proposals using vendor software, sales catalogs & cost estimates according to technical and performance requirementsAid in the design & development of equipment & systems, & redesign of existing systemsNotify inside & outside staff of new products & processes as neededFacilitate prompt remedy of customer technical problems, complaints & failuresMaintain organization of order files, monitor in-house orders & assist sales & fabrication with project related questions#DXPE #LI-TS1
Qualifications of the Applications Engineer include, but are not limited to:

Training/Certifications: Any related to pumps, motors, couplings, mechanical seals knowledge
Shift Time/Overtime: Not required
Travel: None
Education: Bachelor's Degree Engineering related or related experience
