You will handle site setup, light carpentry, drywall patching, punch work, and material verification while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and readiness. The role requires strong attention to detail, steady communication, consistent daily documentation in JobTread, and a focus on finishing work to a clean, on-time standard. Learn more at www.esdhomes.com Key Responsibilities On-Site ExecutionPerform carpentry, jobsite setup, organization, and general construction tasks.Support PMs during all project phases including demo, framing, rough-in, finishes, and final walkthroughs.Maintain daily jobsite safety, cleanliness, and readiness.Communication & DocumentationLog daily updates in JobTread including photos and issue tracking.Post and update safety signage and communicate job status to clients when needed.Proactively report progress and any jobsite issues to PMs.Subcontractor & Vendor SupportReceive, inspect, and organize materials.Assist subcontractors on-site to ensure efficiency and preparedness.Alert PMs of any concerns about trade work or scheduling.Tool & Equipment OversightMaintain, organize, and report on all ESD tools and equipment.Return tools to storage and report restocking needs.Jobsite ReadinessPrepare sites for inspections, photo shoots, and client walkthroughs.Execute final punch list items with precision and professionalism. Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience in residential construction or a skilled trade.Ability to operate machinery, perform drywall patching, and complete trim cuts.Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and be active on job sites daily.Excellent written and verbal communication.Strong documentation and task-tracking habits.Proficiency in JobTread or similar construction software preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
