What you'll do: Diagnostics using state-of-the-art technology Performs vehicle repairs (Engine Repair, Drive Train/Axles, Suspension/Steering, Brakes, Electrical, Heating/Air Conditioning, and Engine Performance). Communicate diagnosis and needed repairs as required Maintains an organized and safe work environment Other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of automotive repair experience with emphasis on under-car repairs, braking systems, and alignments State of Michigan Mechanic Certifications or ASE Certifications Valid Driver's License Job Benefits: Top-industry Pay - Our Average Lead Technician earning $81,051 to $151,212+/per year *Based on skill/experience Group health insurance (BCBS) Paid Vacation (1-2 Weeks) Paid holidays High-Volume Store Opportunity Top Equipment including state-of-the-art alignment, full range flush equipment, brand new hoists, etc. Great company culture & Team outings Compensation: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
