We mean it; our staff is amazing.Veterinary Practice Manager:The Bushwick veterinary center is hiring a Veterinary practice manager Part-time who wants to focus on their passion for helping animals. The Veterinary Practice Manager is critical to the success of BVC, ensuring a positive culture built on shared values and open communication, creating operational efficiencies, and problem-solving to improve client service and team engagement.Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Oversee and lead the veterinary staff and receptionists. Clinic Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and workflow optimization. Implement and maintain best practices to enhance the clinic's efficiency and productivity.Client Relations: Uphold high standards of customer service. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure the clinic is compliant with all relevant veterinary regulations, standards, and protocols.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within a veterinary practice.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures.Proficient in computer software, including practice management systems.Experience using Evet Practise software Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.A passion for animals and a commitment to providing top-notch care.To apply for the Veterinary Practice Manager position / Part-time at Bushwick Veterinary Center, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this role.
