This part time (32 hours/week) position will be supporting Jackson and Josephine counties.The Hospice Aide provides personal care, assistance with performing activities of daily living and prescribed therapeutic exercises, and basic housekeeping services essential to the comfort and cleanliness of receiving home care or hospice services. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Required Qualifications:Coursework/Training: Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant course or equivalent training.Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License Driving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. 1 year home health/hospice experience as a nurse’s aide, hospice aide, orderly, or related experience in an acute, rehabilitative, or long term care facility, or hospice organization or private home care aide.Why Join Providence?
