Plus, high performers can cash in on a bonus worth over $6000  IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE RV TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE  Key Responsibilities: Channel your technical prowess by performing comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems. It's time to showcase your skills Go the extra mile by installing and upgrading accessories and components, transforming RVs into dream machines. Collaborate with our service department, obtaining work authorizations and factory approvals to ensure smooth operations and reimbursement for warranty repairs. Keep tabs on materials and equipment used, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every job. Deliver a stellar pre-delivery inspection experience, providing walk-through demonstrations that leave customers in awe. Qualifications: With 5+ years of experience as an RV service technician, you're a seasoned pro in RV construction, systems, and components. Your diagnostic and repair abilities are unparalleled, allowing you to tackle a wide range of RV systems and components. Technical manuals and diagrams hold no secrets for you; you can read and interpret them with ease. You have an impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Your professional appearance and presence make a lasting impression, and your commitment to exceptional customer service shines through. Safety is a priority for you; you strictly adhere to workplace guidelines and maintain a clean workspace. Your credibility, responsiveness, integrity, and ethical standards are second to none, allowing you to juggle competing demands effortlessly. You excel in written and verbal communication, succinctly conveying challenges and opportunities. ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus, and a valid driver's license clear of suspensions 3+ years is required. Must successfully pass a background and drug screen   Working Conditions: Your playground is primarily the service shop, where you'll work your magic. Be prepared for extended periods of standing, walking, and bending. Heavy equipment or objects may need your strength to be lifted or moved. Tight spaces and heights won't intimidate you; you'll navigate them with ease. Embrace the occasional exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals, knowing that safety precautions are in place.   What We Offer: Embrace a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage - Available 1st of the month following a 30-day waiting period.Supplemental benefits (STD, LTD, Life, Accident, Critical Illness) provide additional peace of mind. Build your nest egg with our 401K.Enjoy over 100 hours of PTO in your first year, and indulge in 4 paid holidays plus 40 hours of Floating Holiday. Take advantage of industry-leading pay that recognizes your skill and dedication. Our brand new, state-of-the-art facilities will be your second home. Open doors to advancement opportunities as you carve your career path. At NIRVC, our customers mean everything to us.  We are focused on supporting the RV lifestyle with our service department 7 days a week.  We have recently transitioned to a 7-day schedule at our locations Atlanta & Dallas.
