These are seen throughout our interactions with customers, within the company, and in each of our employee’s everyday lives.  Responsibilities Initiate inventory / processing requisitions to support Supply Chain & Sales initiativesEvaluate offers and negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers/vendorsGenerate and manage purchase orders in ERP systemReview all order acknowledgements to ensure 100% accuracy of order detailsTrack and coordinate incoming shipments from suppliersMaintain and update team logs for open PO’s, RFQ’s, supplier NCR’s, incoming vessels, etc.Monitor and update open orders to ensure timely delivery and transparency with all teamsCollaborate daily with sales, operations and finance teamsComplete any other projects as assigned by your manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain or Business-related fieldComputer literate with Microsoft Excel proficiencyDetail-oriented and able to successfully multi-taskStrong organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenBilingual (Spanish) a plusPersonifies Tube Supply’s values of Excellence, Loyalty, and Fun
