The Role Veeva is looking for a People Analyst to support our global Talent Attraction team. This role will report to the Director of Employee Success Operations and act as the subject-matter expert on our talent attraction tech stack, integrations, data, and reporting. This is a high visibility role that will help Veeva to attract the best talent to apply and support Veeva leadership to make data-driven hiring decisions. This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.What You’ll DoWork closely with all of Employee Success to understand the nuances of how to answer business questions with data & hypothesis testing. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
