Position Overview The Remote Project Manager will lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves planning, resource allocation, risk management, and cross-team collaboration. This position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership and organizational skills — especially veterans who have experience managing teams, operations, or logistics. You’ll work remotely with our diverse team, ensuring the successful delivery of sustainable projects that align with GreenTown’s mission. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of assigned projects from start to finish. Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve challenges. Ensure all projects meet quality, performance, and sustainability standards. Lead virtual team meetings and provide regular status reports to leadership. Support process improvement initiatives and promote efficient workflows. Maintain project documentation, deliverables, and compliance records. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience managing projects, programs, or operations (military or civilian). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Monday.com). Comfortable working independently and managing remote teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent military experience). Preferred Qualifications Military background in operations, logistics, or project coordination. PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification (or willingness to obtain). Experience in sustainability, construction, energy, or technology fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
