Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team. Compensation Package Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 annually Retirement Plan: 401(k) Responsibilities Manage personal lines insurance accounts, including home, auto, and, if applicable, life insurance policies. Handle all aspects of account management from quoting new and renewal business to servicing existing accounts. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and process transactions efficiently. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and maintain required licensure/designations. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a preference for candidates with captive or independent agency experience. Licensure: Active insurance licenses required for the role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar insurance management systems. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach. Work Environment: Must be able to work on-site to assist walk-in clients. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus. #LI-MS1
