Knowledge or experience in claims or insurance is a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced applications that efficiently meet business and end-user requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong programming abilities, and a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions. If you are a self-motivated individual with a solid background in full stack development and insurance industry experience, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into efficient technical solutions. Design, develop, and implement user-friendly, scalable, and high-quality software applications using Java, Angular, and .NET frameworks. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, principles, and best practices. Continuously optimize application performance through monitoring, profiling, and fine-tuning. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing systems. Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with QA engineers to implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members whenever required. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven working experience as a Full Stack Developer, specializing in Java as the primary skill and C# as the secondary skill. Strong programming skills in Java and familiarity with .NET technologies (C#). Extensive knowledge of SpringBoot Framework, Drools, or other relevant Java frameworks. Proficient in Angular (versions 2 and above) with expertise in building reactive web applications. Experience in designing and developing Restful APIs and working with Web Services (SOAP/REST). Experience with cloud technologies (such as Microsoft Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker or Kubernetes). Solid understanding of RDBMS principles, SQL, and database design concepts. Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality code. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in the claims or insurance industry. Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js). Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB, etc.). Understanding of DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). Relevant certifications in Java/.NET, or Angular.
