We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fifth Grade Teacher to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology to enhance student learning and engagement. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student achievement and well-being. Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and mutual support within the classroom and school community. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and productive learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends and research. Uphold the school's mission, values, and policies in all interactions with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Valid teaching certification/license Prior experience teaching elementary or middle school students, preferably in a diverse educational setting Strong knowledge of subject matter content and educational pedagogy Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
