Warren Barr Buffalo Grove is looking for a Laundry Aide to join the team  Experience is not required, but preferred.   Benefits of Warren Barr Buffalo Grove Comprehensive medical, dental, and vison insurance Employer paid life insurance 401(k) plan Competitive paid time off Employee assistance program Wages on demand Discount & wellness programs Career growth Responsibilities: ·        Transports laundry containers of soiled linen and clean linen carts ·        Operates commercial washing machines and dryers ·        Sorts and loads soiled linen into washers and loads clean, wet linens into dryers ·        Proceeds to fold clean, dry linen and place into clean carts ·        Keeps accurate records of linen inventory ·        Washes, dries, folds and distributes customer clothing ·        Maintains equipment and the laundry areas, cleans and keeps areas in a neat orderly and safe manner ·        Follows all company policies and procedures ·        Checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs ·        Delivers laundry as specified ·        Puts Customer Service First: Ensures that customers and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual's needs and rights Requirements: ·        Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc ·        Ability to work independently ·        Possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic ·        Ability to work effectively with the residents and personnel ·        Must provide a criminal background check ·        Laundry experience is a plus   This posting in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
