You will: Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting support activities to maintain accurate financial records. Post financial transactions related to goods, services, and shipments. Prepare and process itemized invoices and billing statements. Track accounts receivable and follow up on amounts due. Verify billing accuracy and research or resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams to support timely reporting and close activities. This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. A degree in Accounting (preferred). Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with accounting systems and core financial principles. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
