Applicants are required to submit a request for each position of which they have applied.For general application assistance or if you have questions about a job posting, please contact Human Resources at 479.575.5351.Department:Men's Track and FieldDepartment's Website:;t=9sSummary of Job Duties:Under the direction of the Head Men's Track & Field/Cross Country Coach, the Assistant Track and Field Coach/Recruiting Coordinator will coach and recruit high level student athletes with intent on creating a championship level team for both cross country and track and field.Will be primarily charged with identifying high level qualified student athletes and coordinating recruitment. Coaching duties include assisting with the sprint/hurdle group on a daily basis. Will supply strategic support with all aspects of the Men’s Track and Field/Cross Country program including roster management, policy and compliance, including event and schedule management.
