Gormat is looking for a Solutions Architect with the following capabilities:Hands on development experience using agile processesStrong familiarity with SAFe scaled agileExperience with system engineering life cycle methodologiesMust have background with cloud technologiesKeeps abreast of the current cloud development and devsecops cyber trendsHands on experience leading a team of skilled engineers, architects, requirements analysts, test engineers, and Cyber practitioners in order to understand their requirements and how to best align activities with Chief Architect ObjectivesStrong inter-personal skills for building relationships across the Enterprise teamsWorking closely with the Chief Architect and their team, understanding and documenting the architecture and specific architectural decisionsCommunicating the architecture and vision to the solution train and agile release engineers through briefings, technical exchange meetings, one-on-one interaction at planning events and MattermostIdentify and align development and establish a technology strategy that enables programs to support current and future operational requirementsWork with program staff to understand technical needs of their programs and how to best provide support and solutions (both existing and innovative)Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline from an accredited college or university12+ years of related hands-on experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of related hands-on experienceCertificationsAWS CertificationTS/SCI with polygraph is required.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
