Opportunity Details What is the entry level role where you will add value? Technician quarterly bonus incentive program Lube Technician-Chester Springs, PA: We are looking for someone who has at least one year of experience to help build out our service technical team. In this role you will service and repair our customers' vehicles with precision and efficiency, and offer our customers with prompt, courteous and excellent service while achieving the goals of the department. Technician quarterly bonus incentive program Primary duties include lube, oil, and filter changes, balancing and rotation of tires, and flushing cooling systems. All business is conducted in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and the Values of the company. What Will you do? Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with CarShop standards. Drains oil and refills with required amount of oil along with replacing oil and air filters. Inspects vehicle fluid levels, replenishes as necessary Checks tire pressure and adds air if needed. Communicates with the parts department to obtain needed parts Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended. Communicates with the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed by the promised time. Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle. What Skills do you need? The ideal candidate will preferably have 1 year of technician experience. Great diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Proposes creative yet practical and cost-effective solutions to problems and process improvements. Solid people and communication skills. Exemplifies integrity with follow through on commitments. Does not cut corners. Action oriented; a "doer", achieving results despite lack of resources. Plans, prioritizes, and executes work to achieve the greatest result -- customer satisfaction, great service at the lowest cost. Is steady and constant, always striving for excellence.
