TPC Southwind houses a modern-style, 34,000 square-foot clubhouse featuring rich wood furnishings and creates an inviting backdrop for socializing, private events, or corporate entertainment.GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE GROUNDSKEEPER (Full-time and Part-time employment) The Golf Course Maintenance Groundskeeper position operates equipment and performs specific tasks related to maintaining the golf course and grounds. No experience is required. We train and as skills are acquired employees are quickly eligible for promotion and pay increases through our 3-step training program. We offer full-time and part-time work with flexible days and hours. Perform daily tasks necessary to keep the maintenance facility clean, organized, and safe Clean machinery after each use.Inspect all machines and report any deficiencies to the Equipment Technician or Equipment Technician.Perform other functions and routine golf course maintenance activities as directed by the Director of Golf Course Maintenance Operations, and Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. Be thoroughly trained for the procedures at each task prior to performing the task.Follow trainingguidelines for each specific task.Once trained and/or have previousexperience will need to be able to perform specific tasks relative togolf course maintenance and grounds with potentially having to operate machinery and hand tools. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a variety of outdoor weather conditions. Position is very active and requires lifting, pulling or pushing up to or over 50 pounds, moving and/or lift items with awkward weights. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, distance and peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
