The Floor Technician performs routine floor care, scrubbing, extracting, refreshing, and buffing of floor services while maintaining cleanliness and standard safety protocols. Floor Technician Key Duties · Maintains all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing though out the facility. . Properly and safely operate various pieces of equipment such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, steam machine. . Maintains equipment in good working condition and stores properly in designated location after each use. · Perform other job-related duties as they become required. Floor Technician Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. 1-2 years long-term care of healthcare experienced preferred. Must have verbal and written communication skills.
