This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services BGS Supply Chain. The successful candidate will have an exciting opportunity to join the Supply Chain Contracts Team supporting Boeing Global Services - Government (BGS-G) as a Procurement Agent. The role performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply, prepares and executes proprietary information agreements, and supports sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements. The candidate will communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance; integrate program, customer, product, aftermarket, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting approaches; negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions; prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements; and conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management.Position Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and contract governance, and maintaining audit readiness.Lead source-selection activities, engaging cross-functional stakeholders (program, engineering, finance, legal) to drive supplier selection based on cost, technical capability, risk, and schedule.Manage supplier and subcontractor performance, relationships, and development initiatives to ensure on-time delivery, quality, financial stability, and strong performance.Proactively mitigate risk through contract clauses, contingency planning, supplier risk assessments, and rapid issue escalation and resolution to protect program schedule and budget.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for contracts.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions for contracts1+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Processes1+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines1+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Office)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.Experience in contracts and proposals.Experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations.Experience negotiating price and schedule with customers.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
