Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA.Role OverviewThe Director, Product Management will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing propulsion programs and serve as Beehive's primary point of contact with the customer. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of DoD business practices and program requirements. What You'll Do...Responsible for ensuring Beehive technology development programs deliver on requirements, cost, and scheduleEffectively interface and collaborate with external customers, senior leaders, technical teams, and operations teams to ensure overall program success and drive future business opportunitiesWork with leaders to influence how product management should be implemented on current and future projects. Support continuous improvement of program management processes and toolsTake on key department wide initiatives, working with a variety of cross functional stakeholders to improve the overall technical capabilities within the organizationYou have...Bachelor's Degree10+ plus years DoD acquisition experience is necessary, and familiarity with propulsion systems or applications for propulsion systems is strongly desired3+ years leading complex programs with responsibility for direct or indirect team leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teamsMilitary veterans preferredThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
