Join our safety-focused team as a Shop Technician Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment, generators, HVAC systems, pumps, and specialty industrial machinery. Responsibilities: Maintain and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systemsWork on a variety of equipment makes and modelsEnsure equipment reliability and minimize downtimeFollow safety protocols in a fast-paced environment Requirements: 1-3 years as a technician (diesel, heavy equipment, or industrial systems)High school diploma or GED; trade/technical training preferredHands-on experience with hydraulic/electrical systemsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoorsOwn basic mechanic tools Preferred: ASE/IFPS certificationsExperience with aerial lifts, generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil/gas equipmentBilingual skills based on locationMilitary mechanic/technician experience Pay & Benefits: $18.62 - $25.59/hr (based on experience & location)Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, disability & life insuranceTuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, and volunteer time off Veterans encouraged to apply Grow your skills, join a supportive team, and advance your career in a hands-on, safety-first environment.
