Effective at listening to staff and managers to address quickly address concerns.-Maintain Health Department standards and impeccably clean kitchen and dining areas.-Take responsibility for any necessary in store guest recovery and online reviews.-Execute in house and off-site catering events to facilitate growing the brand.-Maintain a professional image at all times.-Solves problems and removes obstacles to successful daily operation.The right candidate for this job has the following:-Past experience producing and managing high quality food, following recipes and adhering to non-negotiable standards.-At least 5 years experience working in food service in a fast paced, high quality food environment.-At least 2 years experience in a leadership position.
