If you are a residential HVAC professional who is ready to get out of the field and make a career in changing lives, the HVAC Instructor position at AirTech HVAC in Pasadena, CA is the job you have been looking for This is a part-time position teaching our residential install apprentices the art of the HVAC trade in the custom-built AirTech HVAC Training Center. Duties and Responsibilities:·        Follow custom structured course curriculum, objectives, and evaluation mechanisms for the program·        Enforce all local codes and OSHA safety regulations·        Document apprentice performance, behavior and achievement·        Communicate with Install Manager regarding apprentices’ progress·        Evaluate and update curriculum relevancy on an ongoing basis·        Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures·        Other duties as assignedHours/Schedule: ·        Part-time·        Monday through Friday·        Mornings (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM)AirTech HVAC is a well-established second-generation heating and air conditioning company that has been servicing the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas since 1988.Requirements: ·        EPA Certified·        Minimum of 7 years of direct HVAC field experience·        Prior teaching experience preferred·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·        Highly organized, motivated and results drivenIf it sounds like being an AirTech HVAC Instructor is right for you, please apply right away.E04JI800rkcr4084if3
