Prior inpatient setting experience is preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in IV placement and phlebotomy is required.Soft Skills: Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team in a high-pressure environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician, administer medications, perform IV therapy and phlebotomy, monitor patient vital signs and status, document care accurately in the EMR, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans.How
