Responsibilities Full-Time Position 40hrs2pm - 10pm M-FStarting Pay: $19.00 per hourThe attendant on duty is responsible for managing traffic flow and customer issuesthroughout the campus. Main focus will be monitoring live CCTV camera footage from around the campus to ensure customers are entering, as well as exiting in a timely fashion. Will be located within the office for most of your shift, but may be required to physically assist with issues throughout the campus, via golf cart. Will be responsible for answering the company provided phone to assist with customer needs throughout the campus. This position also has the opportunity of growth within the company. Qualifications At least 1- 2 years of experience with Call Center/Customer Service/Accounting skills involving problem solving and ability to react quickly and professionally ensuring client satisfactionAdvanced multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to accomplish tasks in the timeliest and efficient mannerPositive attitude with productive, professional and courteous mannerSuperior telephone etiquetteStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate intermediate or advanced computer skills, including use of Word, Excel and web browsers (.
