Insurance Defense Attorney – 3+ Years Experience Tampa, FL | Full-Time | Competitive Compensation & BenefitsAbout the Opportunity: A respected insurance defense firm in Tampa is seeking a skilled Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes matters and wants to take ownership of complex cases from start to finish.Key Responsibilities: Defend insurers and insureds in a wide variety of litigation matters, including general liability, personal injury, property damage, and commercial disputes.Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.Provide strategic case analysis, risk assessment, and guidance to clients.Collaborate with partners and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal representation.Supervise junior associates and support staff as needed. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school.Active Florida bar license, in good standing.Minimum 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience (trial experience preferred).Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.Ability to manage a heavy caseload independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
