Luther Direct Driver$18/hour We are looking for FT drivers to provide pick-up and delivery assistance to our Service Customers from their door to our store. As a pickup and delivery driver you will be required to drive a variety of different vehicles across the metro and beyond. The trips will be communicated through an application on your mobile phone or mobile device. A general understanding of how to use applications is a must. Pickup and Delivery drivers may be asked to assist with other tasks when not conducting trips. Vehicles are provided by the company. Job Duties Must have an iPhone or Android Willingness to use phone and mobile applications Ensure safe, responsible and timely transport of Customer vehicles. Provide courteous, prompt and professional service by greeting and assisting Customers. Maintain exceptional Customer relations and appropriately manage Customer concerns. Follow all company procedures relating to pick up and delivery of Customer vehicles. Skills and Requirements Outstanding professionalism and customer service skills. Exceptional verbal communication skills. Strong aptitude for mobile technology. Ability to find innovative approaches to solving problems and accomplishing goals.
