Vernon| HIRING IMMEDIATELY Incentives:Pay: Starting $22.06-$24.51 an hourAvailable Shift:Days/Nights 12 hours & 2nd Shift 8 hoursPRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONThe primary job function of a material handler is to move, store, and manage materials efficiently and safely within the facility to support production, storage, and distribution operations.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the receipt of all finished productsSafely operate all material handling equipment including forklifts and/or pallet moversSupport the materials handling process for production related materialsDaily monitor all lines, anticipate, and supply each line with all materials (including raw materials, boxes, poly bags, pallets, that will be needed throughout the shiftInteract with machine operators on a daily basis in order to be able to anticipate any needs that they may haveMaintain an orderly and organized warehouseDevelop, revise, and review documentation for all materials related activitiesWeighs pallets and scrap when applicableUnload, load trucks, or stage trucks as necessary, or directed by the supervisorExamines finished pallets before pickup and distributes materialsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent.Eligible to work in the United States.Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.Work overtime as required.Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
