We always aim to provide a fantastic return on every campaign we run; both local and national. To support our expected growth in the coming months, we are hiring a full time Event Marketing Assistant to aid with our fundraising efforts. This role will play an integral part in our ability to exceed our clients fundraising goals and aid in generating brand awareness on their behalf. Event Marketing Assistant Responsibilities: Use promotional marketing and sales techniques to engage community members and facilitate the generation of funds on their behalf Cultivate relationships with local community members, businesses, and potential donors.Engage with attendees and participants before, during, and after the event to ensure positive experiences. Track event-related donations and sponsor commitments.Help analyze attendance, revenue, and other key performance metrics.Provide general support to the event team as needed.Event Marketing Assistant Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (or pursuing a degree) in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, or Business.Equivalent work experience may substitute for formal education, especially if the candidate has proven success in event planning or marketing roles.Previous experience in organizing or assisting with events, even if on a smaller scale (e.g., student events, internships, volunteer work).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and attendees. Ability to craft engaging marketing materials and correspondence.A creative mindset for event promotion and design, including generating ideas for fundraising themes, decorations, and promotional materials.
