Kitchen Captain:Lead andassistkitchen staff tomaintainefficient operations and consistently deliver high-quality food and service. Solution Strategist:Anticipatechallenges and resolve issues proactively to keep kitchen operations running smoothly. Clear Communicator:Share information effectively and address concerns from co-workers and guests with professionalism and clarity. Organization Operator:Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized, always meeting sanitation and safety standards. Timekeeper of Taste:Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Previoussupervisory responsibility preferred. At least 5 years of progressive experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
