Your Impact at SAMThe IT Security Manager is responsible for the IT Security team and works with all other IT teams within the company. Operationally responsible for all aspects of IT security including servers, storage, network (voice/data), physical security systems, data center environmental controls, private cloud services and related cyber security controls. Position reports to the Director of IT.IT Security Operations: Responsible for the configuration, monitoring, reporting and analysis, and troubleshooting of IT security systems and servicesSecurity Event Response: Main technical escalation point in the event of a security event and coordinates response, tracking, isolation and post incident reportingTechnical Consultation: Architectural review of new systems or services, recommending controls and verifying implementationTeam Leadership: Coordinate and plan project team member tasks and efforts.
