The role of Assistant Manager is responsible to assist in the growth of top line sales and help create a highly engaging and interactive in -store customer experience. The successful candidate will share the vision for their store to inspire and motivate the team. Responsibilities Outstanding personal sales Training sales associates A strong customer service environment Execution mechandising standard and all other operation standards such as payroll, tasks, inventory and cash balancing Requirements 2+ years Assistant Management experience with in retailer Strong command of written and spoken English Strong analytical skills Strong time management skills Available evening and weekends Showcase is a national retailer with 100+ stores across Canada.
