As Center Medical Director, you’ll guide a multidisciplinary team focused on outcomes-driven care while maintaining a manageable patient panel and strong work-life balance.Salary and Benefits:Base Salary: $280,000 – $300,000Bonuses: Total compensation potential well over $300,000Paid Time Off: 33 days annuallyCME: $3,500 allowance plus 1 week offPartnership Opportunity: No buy-in requiredRelocation AssistanceHealth insurance: Employer covers 100% of employee-only premium on the Basic Plan; Buy-Up Plan available for $73.90/monthDental insurance: $0/month for employee-only coverage with $2,000 annual maximum per personVision insurance: $3.10/month for employee-only coverage with $180 frame allowance every 24 monthsHealth Savings Account: Employer contributes $500/year for individuals or $1,000/year for familiesShort-term disability: Employer-paid; 60% of weekly salary up to $2,000/weekLong-term disability: Employer-paid; 60% of monthly salary up to $15,000/monthLife insurance and AD&D: Employer-paid; coverage equal to 1x annual salary up to $250,000Retirement package: 401(k) with 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2% (maximum 4% employer match)Employer-sponsored retirement contributionsModern, state-of-the-art clinicsCloud-based EHR system for efficient documentationFull support staff and professional development opportunitiesResponsibilities:Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)No Nights, No Weekends, and No In-Hospital Call (Call is divided by X providers, 1 week of nights every X weeks)Serve as Center Medical Director in an outpatient settingOversee and manage a team of PCPs and Nurse PractitionersMaintain a small patient panel of 60–90 patients (primarily seniors with multiple chronic conditions)Deliver high-quality, value-based care focused on patient outcomesParticipate in ongoing leadership and clinical development programsCollaborate on financial and operational performance of the centerEnsure exceptional patient experience and clinical excellenceRequirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or GeriatricsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with senior populationsLeadership experience preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; local and occasional regional travel requiredAbout Us:Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that bridges the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
